Heavy Weight Jump Rope
Weighted jump ropes are constructed of solid rubber with foam covered swivel ball bearing handles. Great for cardio-respitory endurance and strengthening. Heavy ropes especially benefit the muscles of the upper back, shoulders, and upper arms. All jump ropes measure 9' long for users up to 6' 4" tall. Please choose jump rope weight.
